    1. Authorized uses – The license to the assets are limited to:
      1. Incorporating or including the assets into a larger work or deliverable within Your personal or commercial work.
      1. Adapting the Assets to fit your own designs and to comply with your local building code and standards.
  3. Licence Restrictions
    You may not, and you may not permit anyone else to:
    1. Redistribute or sell the assets.
    1. Include the assets in a design or construction unless they have been reviewed, altered, and approved by a licensed architect or engineer.
  4. Limitation of Liability
    1. In no event and under no legal theory, whether in tort (including negligence), contract, or otherwise, shall the Licensor, Bizfound LLC, Matthew Stephenson-Donley, Nick Sonder, or Nick Sonder Architect be liable to You for damages, including any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages of any character arising as a result of this License or out of the use or inability to use the Assets (including but not limited to damages for loss of goodwill, work stoppage, or any and all other commercial damages or losses), even if the Licensor has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
